Are electrical drawings compulsary for my project?

No, they aren't compulsary but depending on the scale of the project, it's always a good idea to have drawings present to ensure everyone is on the same page. These however, don't always have to be CAD produced, a simple hand drawn plan can work on smaller projects.

Do I have a fusebox or a consumer unit?

You'll definitely have one of these. Whilst the terms are used interchangeably, there are some differences. If you have a fusebox, there won't be many switches on the panel. What is an ISP and what do they offer?

And ISP is an Internet Service Provider and these are the companies who provide you with internet to your property. They often quote "maximum guartantee speeds" but this is what's guaranteed as a hard wired connection. The Wifi speeds can vary and this is why it's best to provide ethernet points wherever possible.

Do I need to upgrade my ISP's given router?

Anything free usually has its caveats. We recommend changing your home router when you can to improve signal distributions, connectivity speed, security and overall performance.

How do I know if I have WIFI dead spots?
